The AC is good. Everything is quite good. The lift also quite quick. Good service.

The bed is too soft. The breakfast food is not as expected.

"Beautiful hotel, bad breakfast"

This hotel is gorgeously designed and our room was very comfortable. The major problem we had was with the food. We did have some good food for dinner (the “chicken steak” was great!). The breakfast buffet was abundant but also very unappetizing - the food was not good. We thought this was because it was not aligned with our western tastes, but our Indonesian friend also said she did not like it. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay here.

"Comfortable stay with very attentive staff"

Location was convenient for us as we had a scooter. Room was clean and we had more than sufficient changes of towels etc. TV and Aircon both worked effectively. Staff were very attentive during our stay, especially Youni and Andy in the cafe. Breakfast was ample from choice perspective.

The juice options at breakfast were a bit disappointing as they would run low/out very quickly and not be replaced quickly.

"Modern Hotel close by the Airport"

we love the bed and the shower water pressure was great. The buffet breakfast has more variety and was change during the stay. Another cafe to experience just next to the lobby and more food to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you and to see you again

"Bad experience"

the hotel is modern but the staff is totally in need of change. the restaurant has a menu that doesn't exist, the beverage part that you find written in the menu doesn't exist because when we asked there was no bottle. at breakfast they don't even have yogurt. the spa (they call it spa) is simply a paid massage, more expensive than any place in Indonesia and also poor. the staff doesn't understand English, it's very slow and poor

The lobby

Horrible service. Horrible food. No English spoken at all. Not clean. People smoking near the pool like there is no tomorrow. Rooms super noisy. Hotel on the road windows not isolated. The worst place I have stayed in Indonesia by far. Worst pillows. This hotel is run by people who have no idea about hospitality
