Nice to be upgraded a bigger room, the staff were friendly and catered for specific dietary requirements. Live music on the first night was exceptional, would be great if on all nights.

Shower needs a good clean ie grout etc, bins and spare toilet rolls need to be cleared daily. When offering coffee, ice creams etc they need to remind guests this is an additional cost. Eg coffee complimentary at breakfast however charged at brunch on final day.

I want to make sure: Staff was amazing

Felt like chain work. No time to breath. We booked the Presidential room and they made sure to empty the hot tub while we were eating the first night. You are a number, thats it. They say 2 days 1 night. It is less then 21 hours on the boat if you take 1 night.

Lovely accommodation. Service was great and the food plentiful and of high quality

Waiting room on shore was very warm. It was a very hot day.

Only one criticism is the poor waiting room that you are made to wait for the transfer back to Hanoi. Air conditioning is not good enough and creates an oppressive waiting area. It’s a poor end to an otherwise fantastic offering.
