The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The staff were also quite helpful
There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and that followed through into our room which was very unappealing. The water was hot but it seemed to run out after 5 minutes which wasn’t displayed anywhere.

Alojamiento comodo, alejado del centro pero a pocos minutos. Llegamos muy pronto a las 6 AM, y por un modico precio nos dejaron entrar en la habitación, cosa que es de agradecer tras 6 horas de autobus. Sus propietarios son super colaborativos y te ayudan en todo lo que puedan. Pudimos alquilar moto, la misma mañana, avisando con 10-15 minutos antes de salir. Además de darte todas las comodides necesarias. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y con la cama más comoda de todos los alojamientos en los que he estado en Vietnam. Limpieza impecable, tanto en habitación como baño.
Lo unico que puedo destacar es el tema del agua Caliente. Sapa es un sitio en el que hace frio, y es de agradecer darse una ducha de agua caliente al volver de los días fuera. Sin embargo el agua caliente dura muy poco tiempo. Hubieron días que el agua caliente dura 5 minutos y el día que más fueron 8. Otro tema, es que al quitar la llave de la luz se apaga el termo, y al volver tienes que esperar 20 minutos para que salga agua caliente. Si son dos personas, tiene que ducharse uno y luego esperar un rato para tener agua caliente.

Hotel room was well presented and had a lovely view and bathroom suite. The property was clean and even provided a nice breakfast. Staff were friendly too.
Nothing, the property was great. We didn’t find a huge amount of shops/restaurants in walking distance but this was OK as it was only a short Grab to the centre.

Možnost checkinu v brzkých ranních hodinách
Slabá snídaně. Nelze platit kartou. Při 24/7 na recepci skoro nikdy nikdo nebyl. Na pokoji byla zima, velmi dlouho trvalo než se pokoj ohřál, velké vlhko a zápach na pokoji.
