I loved everything about the property.

It was very clean

The “Royal Suite” is supposed to sleep 6 or 7. It has a king bed and a bunkbed. There are no other beds or pullouts available. The King bed is 27 feet from a busy road with trucks and motorcycles. The walls are thin. A sound machine won’t help. Outside lights shine in the windows at night, including lights in the laundry facility sharing a wall and window with the “Royal Suite” This is an old 1950s motel with handyman updates.

“Royal Suite” listed on Expedia sleeping 7. There was one king bed and a bunk bed. Expedia listing shows that there is a two hundred damage deposit, which actually was a non-refundable cleaning fee. The one regular bed was 27 feet from a highway with trucks and motorcycles throughout the night. Impossible to sleep. When you call the company’s number you get an answering machine and then text messages. This may be okay for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids, but you can find a better value.

When I tried the self ck in I couldn't find a comunication to get me the room door code. I couldn't reach a live person via phone. I tried 3x yesterday and only got voice mail. Their voice mail said to text if need be. I did and never got a response on getting into the room. The other issue was the wi-fi password did not work. I texted them and never got a response. I was unable to do my work last night without it. I'd like a discount on the room charge.

Great place horrible experience. Not the properties fault. They banned the other renter
