On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A few minor points: (1) the bathroom door did not latch; (2) some way to hang a few clothes would be good.

a medical emergency caused us to have to cancel our visit. all communications with provider remain unanswered. i cannot address the facility only the ownership.

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Floor was slanted that was funny. Would t want to have a few cocktails and walk in there. Biggest negative for us no coffee pot and with a $35 resort fee and or the price should at least have a kurig. Also maybe a chair besides the desk chair.

Appreciated the cost and quality for the cost. The location was convenient.

Parking was a challenge.

So I wanted to book a room but the online system was not working correctly, could only book 4 nights, except I only needed one night. As the voice mail requested, I left a message (3 over three days), also as requested on their message I could also leave a text, which I left three. FINALLY received a text (3 days after original call) saying the system was working, which it was. The original price advertised for the room was $101.50 , however it became $121.50, plus $35.00 cleaning fee ( never have I seen that before) and the usual taxes , the total became $173.00. Called another local motel and asked if they would match the price, they did so I booked the room. NOTE: They call back within 3 hours. As a result I booked their establishment. Customer Service is key to any successful business, poor service, on the other hand can damage a company, any company, often beyond repair. Remember, the client to king/queen.

The parklot was not plow or salt while snowing. Shower had hair on wall. The bathroom floor was cracked and in the bedroom the walls had damaged on. The bed sheets were stained. It is overpriced.

For one night it's very expensive. It's like over a $100. I've found hair in the wall other bathroom. Bathroom floor tiles was broken cracked. I didn't stay warm in the room. You could felt the cold air come in through the windows. I had hard time getting in room cause how lock is on door. Plus the bed i was sleeping and had a stain on it. And it's a self check in and out and there's no one there. To talk to you about switching rooms you have to call them. They also need to solve their parking lot and plow it. I fell twice in the parking lot on ice.
