Staff was very nice with us and helped us with little things room was good for its price and well cleaned

Just the fact the tv kept going out of signal but it wasn’t the hotels fault was quite abit windy as we was on seafront

The bed we stayed in was fairly comfortable the one we chose out the 3 anyway as the other two wasn’t great.

Was so so cold and it was 28 degrees outside,had to ask for a heater as they don’t turn the heating on. Smelled really bad of Chinese food 24 hours a day which made us feel quite sick when entering the building after a night out. Walls are like paper, room was dirty and run down. Back gardens are filthy and I’m sure we heard rat noises at night🫠And outside the building looks like it isn’t even open that’s why there is no pictures of the front🙃 room we had was for 4/5 people and there was a wardrobe with one broken hanger🫠 No facilities what so ever states they have a pool or other things but there is nothing (they did apologise for this). Tv wasn’t connected to the internet and nobody was really at the desk to contact anyone. Curtains don’t reach the windows properly so the sun woke us up at 450am. I wish I wasn’t too nice to open my mouth because it took me a lot not to complain but think they needed the £120. Also damp on the ceiling the list is just endless

Absolutely nothing the place was dirty looks abandoned from the outside

The place looked like a half way house the bed sheets were dirty the light was hanging off from the ceiling no TV no kettle loud noises and constant sound of water trickling. Could hear people moving around. We were so disappointed we checked in left our bags and had to look for alternative accommodation went back to get our bags. We paid for 2 night I have sent a number of messages for a refund and no one replies would not recommend it.

Absolutely nothing,this is cheap but its definitely not cheerful...

So we were greeted by a person in jeans and tee shirt that could barely string a sentence of English together...he was not aware of our booking so phoned someone else and they had a long conversation in there language whilst my wife and I stood patiently waiting... Some time passed and he gave us the keys and directions to our room. We walked through unlit landings(the emergency lighting was on) we opened the door to our room and were horrified...literally disgraceful to believe that UK people would actually stay in places like this...we didn't stay i returned to reception returned the keys and left. I've tried contacting this operation for a full refund but still no communication AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!
