Large comfortable warm room with great shower. Good bedding but pillows a little on the thin side. Restaurant service friendly and not rushed. Quality of food very good and at reasonable prices. Great location for all Stroud has to offer and surprisingly quiet considering location in centre of town across from the train station.

Just exceptional. Great service, great food but importantly a stunning room, absolutely spotless with really comfortable bed. I’ll be back for sure. Really great nights sleep. The train station is across the road which is really convenient too.

外装の古さと違って、内装はとても洗練されていた。浴室の設備がよかった。 5人家族で14号室を予約したが、中で診察が15号室と16号室に分かれていて、とても使いやすかった。 部屋もとても綺麗。 何度も泊まりたいと思う。

Recently refurbished & very comfortable rooms, although a little overheated (even for an Aussie staying in winter!). Food was excellent & the bar staff were lovely. But be warned - there is no lift which isn’t made clear anywhere so getting a heavy suitcase upstairs was a challenge. Apart from that, I was very happy with the place - it’s well located across from the station & an easy walk to the town centre.

I had the best nights sleep ever - the pillows and bedding are superb quality and the amenities were lovely! Great shower in the en-suite I must say. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was absolutely fantastic! Speedy service, plenty of options for a variety of dietary requirements and our server Josh was wonderful. We will be back!

Great location, hotel is still outdated despite of remodeling that have done

Frequently use The Stroud hotel when in the area for work. Always a great experience. Very welcoming staff and always a great stay! Food is always incredible the cocktails are always worth giving a go! Would highly recommend popping your head in!

Room was lovely, clean and newly refurbished. Lovely comfy bed, bath and shower with toiletries provided. Hallways and stair cases look tatty and were in need of a good vacuum. Very limited free hotel parking.

A really nice place, excellent location, friendly staff, modern well appointed room. Fantastic breakfast and although we sadly didn't get to use the bar, the selection of drinks looks great.
