Duke of Cumberland

Great location in the centre of Whitstable so easy walking distance to seafront and all shops, restaurant and pubs. The hotel was warm and cosy as it was very cold weather during our stay. Excellent evening meal and breakfast each morning. Beautifully decorated and comfortable room, Very friendly helpful staff in the bar and restaurant.

The hotel is in the centre of town and between the 2 main one way streets so some traffic noise early in the morning - didn't bother us too much

Great location, very comfortable clean rooms, delicious breakfast and helpful staff.

You know when you book that the hotel is on the road so the traffic noise can’t come as a surprise. What was great is that there were earplugs provided, sadly we didn’t realise this until we were leaving! 🫣

Close to the High Street and the Harbour excellent location

It’s nothing I didn’t particularly dislike about the property. It was exactly as I thought it would be and advertised.
