The room was nice, clean and private and very relaxing The staff was very nice, helpful and kind

- The beach access is for only 1 hour in the morning, and 1 in the evening, and can't can go anywhere near the sea, you have 20 m which you can stand in with a ranger , whats the point of it!! - The road leading to the hotel is a disaster!! - All prices are without Tax, which is not explicitly explained how much it is !! Has service charges no one knows what they include, you end up paying a lot more than the actual bill of the different services.... Value per money definitely not worth it !!

Despite being in a secluded location, the team catered perfectly to our breakfast preferences. The chef was fantastic, and the staff’s exceptional hospitality made us feel right at home. Their warmth truly elevated the entire experience

While the property offers a unique and secluded experience, there was no buffet available and activities were quite limited. Due to safety restrictions, guests are not permitted to step outside after 6:00 PM, which further limits evening options. It would be wonderful if the property could introduce a few indoor activities or entertainment programs to create a more vibrant and engaging atmosphere for guests during the evenings. This would enhance the overall experience and make the stay even more memorable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was beautiful, very clean, and I had a private pool which was absolutely stunning and well maintained. The view was breathtaking and made the experience even more special. What really stood out to me were the details. The hotel really makes you feel the full vibe—even the water bottles had a tiger design, which was such a unique and stylish touch that reflects the whole theme of the place. The food was delicious, and the chef did a fantastic job. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and welcoming—especially the front desk team who were very professional and kind. A special thanks to SAYURI at the reception—she was incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. I also booked a safari trip through the hotel, and it was such a great and memorable experience. One of the most special moments was during dinner when they surprised my sister with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. During check-in, I had an issue with my card, but they handled it very kindly and allowed me to go to the room and settle in, and pay later once the issue was resolved. I really appreciated their understanding. Housekeeping was excellent, and the spa was beautiful and relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back again.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by a small troop of black faced langurs before being welcome in by Dilan who instantly made me feel at home and made sure that I could ask him anything about the resort during my stay. His energy and warmness is exactly the textbook definition of good customer service. As I had arrived before check in, I was invited to have breakfast and not only enjoyed the buffet or Sri Lankan and international delicacies but also had eggs prepared before being encouraged to order another dish - which I did. Yasith deserves an extremely special recognition for his attention to detail and for guiding me through the menu for breakfast. He was so kind to provide me a tea tasting which was a truly unforgettable experience. What a legend. The staff really make you feel seen, valued, and cared for. I had told Bhasu that I had to wake up for an online job interview early one morning and not only did he invite me to use the conference room’s facilities (which I didn’t take up) but he followed up and worked with the team to arrange a little cake to congratulate me on a job I hadn’t even obtained yet. This is a staff cohort that unashamedly goes above and beyond for its customers. The expansive pool at Hilton Yala is undeniably a slice of heaven. You could easily spend the rest of your days sitting by the waters edge being taken care of by Indika and the other pool staff. The sunset beach walk led by Rimesha was another unforgettable experience. I leaned so much about tracking and conservation management which had me amped to explore Yala National Park with Banuka. Similarly, his knowledge of local wildfire and ability to ensure our safari jeep was not stuck at the back of a line up looking for leopards is seriously impressive. The price tag for booking your safari through Hilton is worth every penny. The Deluxe King Room is spacious, has incredibly comfortable bedding, a huge bathroom, and a balcony with a spa!

深夜に到着したものの、スタッフがテキパキと進めてくれたおかげで大変スムーズにチェックインできました。 設備は当たり前に綺麗で、電気やカーテンなどもすべて一つのコントロールパネルから操作できるのが便利でした。 またプールサイドには野生の猿が来ており、サファリに近い楽しいリゾートでした。

動物のフンがよく落ちています。しかしスタッフがこまめに清掃しているので特に気になりませんでした。

We loved the location and the facilities. The food was fantastic and the staff were incredible. We had the most amazing stay. Our room was exactly what we were expecting and very clean.
