Bad water - not for drinking! Instead bottles of water for teeth brushing

Warm and comfortable and peaceful

Towels were not in the room on arrival

Nothing.

The Estate was in total disrepair, bacteria in the water so could only use bottled water that was provided and everything was in need of repair. Must of been a nice building, 100 years ago.

Being off the beaten track, and on the cycling route we were travelling on. The peacocks in the roof. It’s dog friendly.

The kitchen could do with a few more cooking utensils and sharp knives .

Throughly enjoyed out stay here, the surrounding scenery was beautiful,and we spent some time watching the birds of prey patrolling the grounds, our room was very cosy and had everything we needed the hotel was only a short drive to nature eslks snd the peir bar and restaurant which we highly recommend, all in all a very enjoyable 2 nights stay we Will definitely be back

Huge room which was nice. Beautiful view. Nice basket of breakfast items left for us.

Very dated and run down. We were told not to drink the water as it had been checked and contained bacteria. Water was provided for us.

It had character

It felt unloved. In a terrible state urgently needs renovation. The reviews and photos from over a year ago are still true. The furniture in the room is falling apart
