Room was tiny, toilet was inadequate, and very noisy people in next room

Location was good

The room was absolutely shocking tea up the walls chunk wood of missing of the console table i am not even going say wot i thought of the shower room the whole place needs renovated the bed needs replacing to

The location was a good jumping off point for other places. Staff responded promptly to key code issues (not all my fault).

It's always disappointing when every guest comments about dirt, and the management does nothing about it. The bed base was unappetising. The shower had the sort of doors you don't close in case of getting stuck. The toilet floor tiling was totally rotten. No adequate curtain to make the room dark. Either filthy or rotten window. Someone else's food in the room, which is always a sign of lazy hygiene. I was "upgraded" to a larger room, which was amusing; I wondered how small the original one was.

Staff were not very friendly or helpful..Didnt know who was who on arrival. No welcome ..Wall sockets in rooms were inaccessible.Had to move things around to accomadate..Had to squeeze to get in toilet as the end of bed was in the way .shower and toilet room too small.

Our Original Room Was Flooded, So Our Contact Mark Transferred Us To Another B n B Several Doors Further Away, But It Was Very Clean, Tidy, Comfortable n Accommodating Which Is All We Asked For.
