"Exceptional hospitality"

Exceptional hospitality, comfortable beds and pillows and delicous hot breakfast. Fiona and Steve make you feel at home. I can't recommend the Old Bakehouse enough.

"A comfortable base to catch up with friends"

Breakfast was delicious and the kippers exceptional. A friendly welcome from Steve and Fiona who work very hard to make their B&B a lovely place to stay. A comfortable lounge to sit and enjoy Steve's large music collection.

Only one thing - no tissues in room but that was easily resolved.

"The Old Bakehouse"

Loved this b and b Steve and Fiona were amazing hosts even hosting a small party for the guests on Carnival night it was brilliant and fab atmosphere. The Old Bakehouse is quirky spotlessly clean great breakfast situated in the middle of the pretty town of Colyton and very easy access to the tramway which was great fun overall a fabulous stay

If being picky the lack of chair to sit on in room but would definitely stay again

"A lovely place to stay"

Welcoming atmosphere, comfortable room, excellent breakfast

Pretty much everything was good. One tiny flaw was the occasional sound of macerating toilets during the night. Assume standard plumbing is not an option when trying to provide en suites in such an old building.
