Great location for visiting the local area. The tram ride into Seaton was excellet. Lovely accommodation, excellent host and an outstanding breakfast. What's not to like.

"Best B&B experience we have ever had!"

Very friendly welcome by Steve. Very clean, comfortable and quiet room with lovely view out front. Excellent full English breakfast. And: Steve even asked us witch music (from his vinyl collection) we would like to accompany our breakfast 😃.

If I’m being fussy: in case of a heat wave the room might be a tad warm due to lack of airconditioning. However: they do provide a very capable fan. We stayed in the summer and the temperature in the room was no issue!!
