Lovely town, lovely building, lovely hosts, truly fabulous breakfast.

Ensuite facilities a little shoehorned-in to the room we were in. I think we were in the smallest room so worth checking if you prefer more privacy (from your partner) in your ensuite.

Hosts were lovely, friendly, considerate, and full of information on the local area.

Fiona e Steve sono due host eccellenti; la struttura è molto carina, in una buona posizione nel centro di Colyton, con davanti un ottimo pub. Le camere sono molto confortevoli ed estremamente pulite; la colazione cucinata da Fiona era molto buona! Steve è stato inoltre prodigo di ottimi consigli sulla zona. Torneremmo sicuramente nel caso di un nuovo viaggio in zona.

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und sehr gute Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthalts in diesem wunderschönen historischen Gebäude. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut und das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich!

Received a very warm welcome by the proprietors Steve and Fiona who are extremely friendly and provide excellent service. Lovely old house with very comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast provided. Situation was ideal for us.

No fault of the B&B but you do get some road noise and a little noise from pub at closing but would not stop us returning. However we had windows open due to heatwave so that wont always be the case.

The location was excellent, very near parking and a pub directly opposite

Nothing, the hosts were lovely, the accommodation excellent and the breakfast delicious and if I’m ever travelling this way again I’d definitely stay again.

The breakfast was top rate- fantastic selection on offer. The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming. Very comfy bed and very spacious. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
