Great location in Fulford. Outside centre of York but easy access. Free parking. Great host. Jack was really welcoming and always ready to help out. Lots of advice on where to go or where to eat.

The property was a fantastic little find on the outskirts of York. The host Jack couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly and what is offered here is really excellent value for money. Great offerings for a continental breakfast and additional array of snacks and drinks on offer throughout the course of the stay in a help yourself kitchen area. 10 minute bus ride into the centre couldn’t be easier. Will recommend to anyone going to York!

Jack was very kind and helpful in all our pre arrrival communication and during our stay. The location was very convenient for our visit.

There is traffic noise from the road but short of triple glazing there isn't much they can do.
