Great Breakfast prepared by executive chef?

Quaint hotel with nice restaurant and veranda overlooking the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice place to stop on the way to Lake Tahoe.

What a fantastic place. location was out of this world and the accomodation and food exceeded our expectations breakfast, it is fair to say, was the best we had on our 3 week road trip

I wish I could give 10 stars to Chef Erik and the staff at the Union Inn. We had a great weekend stay and highly recommend the hotel and restaurant. The room was very nice and the dinners and breakfasts were outstanding.

This is our second time here and I was even more impressed with the food and service. This place is amazing and we will keep coming back here for years to come.

We visited with family who knew the hotel well. It lived up to it's reputation with a very warm welcome. Staff were excellent. The rooms are attractive and comfortable and lots of care taken to ensure a good experience. Food was tasty. The town is interesting and the hotel is a great base for exploring.

My husband and I love this place. We are local but it is always our first choice on a date night! Last Saturday we went for a last min date night. When we arrived we were greeted and give a great table. We both ordered the special which was a homemade fettuccine pasta with shrimp and cherry tomatoes in a lemon cream sauce. It was the most amazing pasta I have ever had! I usually go with the burger, as it is my favorite and my husband goes with the spicy chicken sandwich. So glad we changed it up! The mushroom bruschetta was amazing as always and the Chef Erik surprised us with their new dessert! Puff pastry filled with custard topped with toasted almond and Mexican coco power he made!
