The Boulevard Inn

The Boulevard Inn is the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in EVER! It has caused one issue, however. Everywhere else will forevermore fall short in comparison. We’ll make a point of stopping off in Richmond again, just so we can stay there again!

I didn’t like my pillow but they had a set of optional pillows to pick for a perfect night.

The location is ideal. Short walks to the art museum, Carytown and top restaurants. The inn itself is stunning, well appointed and with comfortable rooms. The staff is attentive and service is excellent. The breakfasts are perfect.

Once again, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay (probably our 5th) at The Boulevard Inn. We always stay in The Boulevard Suite because of its large balcony overlooking Arthur Ashe Boulevard and its expansive, beautiful bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, expansive shower, and plenty of natural light. The king size bed is comfortable and having a coffee maker and refills of bottled water in the room are nice touches. The other rooms are nice as well. Owners Mitch and Roni along with Jeffrey and Sydney ensure guests have everything they need and want. Evening wine socials are enjoyable and breakfasts are always a real treat. We have already booked our next stay for May 2026. Highly recommended!

Can't wait to go back!! I stayed in The James room for a solo night away to relax and recharge before having my baby, and it was absolutely perfect. The bed was so comfortable, the bath was heavenly, and I loved hanging out on the balcony with some yummy food and peace + quiet. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious, and the owners and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—a total must-stay, even if you’re local to Richmond and just need a staycation like me!

What an excellent experience we had at Boulevard Inn. This is definitely the place we'll be returning to while visiting Richmond. It has an exceptionally central location to popular places in Richmond and provided a comfortable respite for our stay. The setting was upscale and the service to match. I highly recommend a visit.

We stay at a lot of this type of B&B/boutique places. This is as fine as place as we've exer experienced. Location, location, location.... staff, happy hour, room....all great. Bathroom was extraordinary!!!

We have been searching for the perfect place to stop over in Richmond while driving I 95. We finally found The Boulevard Inn and it’s our keeper! From the immaculate interiors to the warm welcome, this is a lovely B and B. There’s parking, there’s an excellent breakfast including gluten free options, there’s a cozy library, the room amenities are elegant. The owners have decades in the hospitality industry, and it shows! Located in a great part of town, too! Stay here, you will be delighted!

What a lovely gem of a boutique inn! Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the VMFA and one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Richmond. This place exudes southern hospitality and charm. Amazing wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, and just amazing all around. We will be back!
