The Boulevard Inn

The Boulevard suite was awesome. It had an amazing outdoor deck with loungers we sat on in the evening for hours and people watched. It was a little noisy as it was above a busy intersection, but once inside for bed the noise was muted and not a problem. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The common areas were attractive and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed meeting another couple and er breakfast as the dining area was cozy. The private parking was just icing on the cake ( and so were the bowl of chocolates set out for guests to enjoy.)

A quaint little BnB with great generous breakfasts and great location. The recommendations for food places were on point. This is a foodies haven of like minded people in a quality but affordable place.

Gorgeous property and very helpful hosts. Didn’t get to try the food as we had breakfast plans every day that we were there, but look forward to trying it next time!

First impressions are among the most memorable and my arrival at The Boulevard Inn exceeded expectations. I stayed four nights in the first floor Carillon Suite. Inn owners Mitch and Roni have used great care and attention to detail in everything from furnishings to thoughtful touches in every room. Continental breakfast including fresh fruit and artisan pastries are offered with a warm egg dish. An espresso machine is available 24/7. Yes, there is street traffic but it quiets down at night and didn’t prevent me from enjoying my stay. The Inn is two blocks from the impressive Virginia Fine Museum of Fine Arts and walking distance to several good restaurants and coffee shops. I’ll absolutely return!

Mitch and Roni are the BEST. Everything was top notch. Was in town for a family wedding---location is great! Check in was easy, room was fantastic. The breakfast assortment was perfect, coffee service outstanding. Highly recommend the Boulevard Inn when visiting Richmond.

Wonderful ambiance and high quality breakfast. The pastry selection before the hot meal came was abundant with high quality. Tastefully decorated with neat library. Room and bath were spacious and very comfortable. Traffic a little noisy.

We stayed at The Boulevard Inn for the third time for a couple of nights when visiting my sister in Richmond. We always choose the Boulevard Suite as our room because of its large balcony overlooking Main Street and its expansive bathroom. Evening happy hours from 5 to 6 PM in the beautiful downstairs main living areas include several wines and a generous-sized charcuterie tray. Breakfasts offer delicious French pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins and a hot dish which varies each day. Owners Roni and Mitch host breakfast except on Sundays and Mondays and Jeffrey hosts happy hour. Rachel also assists with breakfast and all four are professional and friendly. The location of the inn is perfect for walking distance to explore the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and the Virginia Museum of History and Culture. It is a quick drive to Maymont Park and Byrd Park and the many historical and artsy attractions downtown. Highly recommended! In fact, we already have our reservations for October 2025.

This is a fantastic find on the I95 corridor. Super charming inn with wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!

It was perfection!

The Boulevard Inn is a small, charming, well-run inn located steps from Careytown shopping and dining as well as the beautiful Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Managers Jeffrey and Rachel were gracious hosts. The bathroom was updated, the bed comfortable, and the room clean. Lovely public spaces were great for reading and hanging out. Highly recommend.
