Secrets Tides Punta Cana All Inclusive - Adults Only

This is a quality all-inclusive resort with a great beach area. There are multiple restaurants to choose from, Seafood, Chop house, Asian, Italian, South American and a huge buffet with local food and common eats. Lot's of beach seats and several pool areas. Daily activities and nightly entertainment. It is a new facility and very clean. Staff were very attentive. We stayed in the preferred area. They have upgraded rooms with swim-outs available, but we did not get those. There are several bars with good service.

Great service! Rooms were excellent. I highly recommend you going here!! The beach was lovely and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back.

This is the nicest of the Secrets resorts we’ve visited. Food is great, and the entertainment is the best of all resorts we’ve been too, with nightly live music, followed by shows, then followed a beach party DJ. Plenty of chairs at the pools, staff is helpful and welcoming.

Very worthwhile adult only resort. Enough activity without being wild ( no foam party, thank goodness) Great staff, fabulous grounds and rooms.

My wife and I spent a week here and couldn’t have been happier!! It’s a beautiful resort, all the staff is very helpful, polite and professional! Great restaurant options and lots of activities. We will be going back!!

We’re currently on our last full day of our 2 week holiday at this hotel and have had a wonderful holiday with just a couple of minor consistency issues. Firstly, this hotel is fairly new and very modern. The rooms are huge, very well equipped and have a great sized balcony. We were ‘non-preferred’ and to be honest, I can’t see what you could get more for the extra cost. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion are supplied, along with little extras like a shower cap and sewing kit. Plenty of storage space for clothes, and a safe and steamer are included. Lovely mini bar with soft drinks and a couple of beers in the room but as a wine drinker, I would have liked to have seen a couple of small bottles of wine in there. We were upgraded to a ‘tropical view’ room on arrival so overlooked the pool and grounds, full of beautiful palm trees. The grounds are beautifully maintained, a real oasis of greenery. We watched the staff putting up strings of lights around the palm trees trunks for Christmas which looked fabulous at night. The staff are very hard-working and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. There are several on-site restaurants for your evening meals. We didn’t go to the seafood or Amazonian as we didn’t like the menus but visited the others at least twice. Favourite was probably the Mexican restaurant. The brisket was amazing! They serve a better quality of wine in the restaurants to what you get at the bars too. There is also a buffet. Plenty of choice for even the pickiest of eaters, although the food could be hotter. The Thanksgiving evening meal was very disappointing, Turkey had been hacked rather than calved and full of bones and when the mashed potatoes were replenished, they hadn’t been mashed and were black. Breakfast was the best, lots of choice and the fruit tastes so much better for not travelling half way around the world. The evening shows were really good, especially the female singer at the Rock Show. However, they are repeated on a weekly basis so if you are here for two weeks as we are, you will see them twice. Now the issues. There was a lack of consistency at times. At breakfast you could either drown in coffee or struggle to get more than one cup. In the buffet of an evening, we’d almost finished our meal before getting a glass of wine, Four times during our stay we didn’t get a turndown service. Twice we were left without coffee and once no water was left. We also ran out of shower gel. There is an app you download on arrival and you can request anything you need and all requests dealt with promptly but at this price point, you don’t expect to have to request basics such as water when your room has already been serviced. As I said, these are very minor issues and this is a great hotel, but if they sort out these inconsistencies, they will have a fantastic hotel,

First time experience this, I have seen videos on TikTok , and it was always a dream to live it, and I did that was an unforgettable experience. I would advise and encourage everyone who can to pay a visit, I promise you will not regret it.

We had the most incredible experience working with Glaymi, our wedding coordinator at Secrets Tides in Punta Cana. From start to finish, she was patient, supportive, and intentional about every detail. My husband and I both work long hours, and even when it took us a few days to respond, she never made us feel rushed or forgotten. Glaymi truly cared about making every part of our wedding count. One of the things we appreciated most about Glaymi was her transparency. She walked us through every detail of the planning process. From decor options, ceremony arrangements, and reception add-ons, she explained all the costs upfront. There were no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises, and no pressure to choose things we didn’t need. Glaymi made sure we had exactly what we needed, and she helped us recognize what mattered and what was just extra. In my day-to-day job, I’m used to structure, planning, and organization. To say that Glaymi impressed me is an understatement. She was exceptionally organized and always two steps ahead. She created clear timelines, confirmed details with vendors, and followed up on things before I even had the chance to think about them. During our rehearsal, she led with confidence and warmth, making sure our entire wedding group knew exactly where to be and what to do. On our wedding day, Glaymi managed every detail from timing, transitions, decor, music, and family coordination. We enjoyed our day without any worries. Glaymi checked in with us often, fluffed my dress before I walked, and somehow managed to be everywhere she was needed at the exact right moment. Beyond just being an incredible professional, Glaymi is a genuinely wonderful person. During the reception, we shared so many fun, joy-filled moments with her. She celebrated with us, laughed with us, and made us feel like we had known her for years. It truly felt like having a trusted friend guiding us through the most important day of our lives. There are simply not enough words to express how grateful we are. Secrets Tides is stunning, but the real magic of our experience came from Glaymi’s dedication, kindness, and talent. She turned our vision into reality and exceeded every expectation we had. If we could book our trip back to Secrets and plan our wedding with Glaymi 1,000 times over, we absolutely would.

Holiday Stayed at Secrets Tide for one week with my sister and our husbands. Loved it! Special thanks to Juliana, Jennifer and Miguela. They always made our coffee with smiles. Their demeanour and professionalism was top notch! Also a shout out to Juan and Jefree in the entertainment! Loved waking up to the horses grazing in the field behind our room . Also amazing sunsets over the mountains from our balcony ! Hope to return soon.

Honeymoon trip to secrets tides punta Cana was amazing. Rooms are very modern and clean. Staff was great. Our butler Jonathon was the excellent and quick to assist in any way. We will be back!
