Location, and cleanliness, and niceness of staff.

Elevator was not working so I had to carry my luggage 4 flights and the flexibility of the checkout time.

I liked when I finally got maintenance to come to fix the air conditioning, and the amenities available in the room.

The A/C barely working, and had to be reset which made a minimal difference. The elevator was also out, and I had multiple Ashtma exacerbations due to it. They had almost 2 weeks to fix the elevator, nothing.

I recently stayed here for four nights (Monday to Friday) with a friend, booking via Booking.com. The location is convenient and the apartment itself was comfortable overall. However, the building houses a nightclub on the ground floor/basement that operates Thursday through Sunday. The music was extremely loud, which made sleep impossible on the final night. Because the hotel did not meet its basic function (which is providing us a with a place where we can sleep) on that last night, I requested a refund for the final night via customer chat. I was told the request would be reviewed. After several days with no response, I sent a follow-up reminder asking for an answer within the next week. It has now been well over a month, and I have yet to receive any reply. This lack of communication is disappointing and unacceptable.

Prime location

A lot of noise from a nightclub downstairs, dirty carpet with false eyelashes on the floor, very humid in the apartment, and you could hear other people talking in nearby rooms.

Con una passeggiata di 30 minuti in una zona super sicura com tanti negozi e locali si arriva in centro. Se torniamo a Chicago torniamo sicuramente qui.

L'ascensore non ha funzionato per tutta la durata del soggiorno; abbiamo sempre dovuto fare 3 piani di scale a piedi (anche con valigie oltre i 20 kg in spalla)

Great location in a nice neighborhood and close to the L. Excellent amenities, with coffee maker, dishwasher and laundry machine.

Noise is even worse than described. If the nightclub is open, the 2nd floor rooms are vibrating from the bass. Others are correct in that you hear everything in other rooms, and can hear the L at night, but that felt like ordinary city noise to me.

It was modern and the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean.

VERY noisy. Walls/window very little to help buffer the noise. There is a loud club on the corner the with lots of noise and train noise until about 2am. Elevator was also broken - I got an e mail saying it was broken about a week before my stay and I thought there’s no way they wouldn’t have fixed it by our stay. Well, they hadn’t. And we were on the 4th floor. With luggage. If it was still broken they should have moved everyone to lower floors.
