"Rapporto qualità-prezzo non adeguato"

Design della struttura e della camera, molto spaziosa.

Servizi e personale inesistenti, moltissimo rumore attorno a struttura, ascensore non funzionante. Queste criticità, rapportate soprattutto al prezzo richiesto, mi porta a dare un giudizio molto negativo.

The room was very nice with a nice view.

I had two wait two hours before I was allowed into my room. There was no staff, no front desk. I had to make phone calls and wait. The hotel said I had to talk to Booking.com because of a billing issue. I call Booking.com and they say they don't see a billing issue. They call the hotel. The hotel says it's actually not a billing issue, it's that the room isn't ready. Then I had to wait awhile longer and then finally got the room number an code to open the door. It's a nice room! But it's important to have a front desk with a human. Or have everything work perfectly if you don't.

"No lo recomiendo"

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado, hasta jabón para la lavadora, cocina, lavavajillas, menaje...

Ya nos habían avisado pero es bastante molesto llegar con todo el equipaje y que el ascensor este roto durante toda la estancia. Nos dieron la segunda planta y de jueves a domingo es imposible dormir del ruido tan infernal de una discoteca justo en el local de abajo. Retumbaban puertas, ventanas y suelo, realmente era como tener la musica dentro de la habitación. Me puse en contacto con ellos para decirles que era imposible dormir allí y a las dos de la madrugada nos cambiábamos al quinto piso ( sin ascensor). La segunda noche tuvimos que desalojar el edificio a las dos de la madrugada por una alarma de incendio, y estuvimos en la calle hasta las tres y media. Es una pena porque las habitaciones esta muy bien, pero no recomiendo alojarse en este lugar si quieren descansar.

"Too hot and uncomfortable with poor service- not worth the money."

It was clean

The elevator didn't work- which we were told in advance- but we weren't told our room until check in and that's when we learned we were on the 5th floor to walk-up. And then the AC didn't work and there were no accommodations for that. It was so hot and we weren't able to sleep.

"Garbage ruined my anniversary"

Horrible experience checking in horrible trying to go to sleep with all the screaming and honking of cars for 15mins

Customer service to reach someone was garbage checking in and only have one of the two rooms booked showed on my app even though I asked customer service to add the other room with all my details appalled at this hotel

"Superb"

Sonder is always very straightforward. Easy check-in, the room was tidy, bed was comfy, and there were great facilities (gym) and local restaurants in walking distance.

The ONLY downside was the train - it goes quite late into the night and starts quite early. If you have a room facing the city, you'll hear the train. It's not the end of the world, but it is noticeable.

"AVOID -- Elevator broken and not disclosed. Public areas dirty and gross. Horrible support."

This place is a cluster #$%^. I have to ask Bonvoy Support for half of the access information (I had two rooms). Only one ever came through. Second, we arrive and the elevator is out of service (which is an issue for me). All the luggage storage is either full or out of order. We are forced to use the chat app to get any assistance and it takes 30 minutes per response. Then I learn the elevator has been broken for a month...so at the time I made a reservation it was not disclosed. Chicago was full that weekend, so I got the last two rooms at the Westin for $200 more than this reservation hoping they would refund my first (which fortunately did happen). And lastly, the restroom in the lobby was GROSS and the lobby worn out and dirty.

"No customer service at Marriott Sonders West Loop"

We booked 2 rooms in June for this weekend on the day of our arrival 1 room was canceled no reason given we were on the top floor and the elevator broke no discount or apology given very disappointing not very customer concern given tried to call customer services and did not get response.
