Sonder Onyx

I loved how you can walk to many places that has so much culture like love park, museums, and many good bars and restaurants. The view at nice is also a plus from the room and rooftop amazing. Also loved the privacy. What I didn’t like was the looked nice but had so many damages and black smudges on the white walls. Try to get room change and never received a response until the 2nd day I was there, mind you I was there for 3 days. Also had stains on the comforter and the extra one was ripped. I requested a new one didn’t happened until the next day. The elevator also had went out and they never gave a notice even though they say they did. So would I come back to this Sonder no I would not and would not recommend.

The only complaints I have is that my shower head was broken and it was a little noisy. They did however provide earplugs which was beet helpful.

Very nice appartement with super nice view. It appears from outside a bit odd but if you walk in, you are more than satisfied. I enjoyed the view to the skyline and the location to center is super convinient.

It would be ideal hotel for a solo trip with no kids. No front counter or drive up area to unload luggage Door to the lobby is very unsecure, questionable People in the hallway at times. Rooms are very loud due to outside traffic. Rooms were nice, probably would not stay there again.

Everything was better than expected, we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place in a great location

Convenient parking next door, and clean apartment.

This particular Sonder operates on codes not key fobs as others. The apartment unit code kept failing even though keying it correctly. My last night I spent over 10 minutes trying to get in, and the lack of having in building staff or custo.er service on the phone was a huge detriment. They did not advise prior to arrival of any needed repairs yet late night got an email of them coming at 8am arbitrarily. Had to spend time waiting on chat to address they could not come in at this time. These inconveniences will significantly impact me continuing to use these, as I've been using these facilities for many years now.
