Very dirty overall. Communal trash in hallway was not emptied from Thursday to Sunday, smelled. Showers had minimal water pressure and everything was in need on a good scrubbing.

USThis property view was awesome. But the property itself was worst. It was having roaches spiders. We booked their best priced room still it was like that. No hair dryer in the room. No one in reception ever. Landry machines took money didn't work.

Everything. From the small suppose to be queen size bed which actually is a full. The rooms are very hot. Only the living room gets cool. Nothing here for kids to do. No front desk staff or security. You literally just text a number. I seen one front desk person from 7-8 that’s it. First floor smelled just like gas. Outdoor furniture just regular back yard furniture. No vending or ice machine available. The pictures online is catfishing. Definitely not worth the money. Very cheap place.

For starters, my shower was kinda dirty, and I had to get a clean shower head. It was terrible. there was no pressure or water for that matter. Only two eyes on the stove worked 2 bedrooms, but we only had one television
US4-Star Review for Willow Bay Check-in was super easy—they sent all the information straight to my phone, which made the process quick and stress-free. My family and I were initially happy with our room, but as the evening went on, we ran into a couple of issues that unfortunately couldn’t be resolved right away. Thankfully, the host/receptionist Angie was incredibly helpful. She immediately contacted the manager and got us a complimentary upgrade to a better room! Thanks to Angie and the rest of the Willow Bay staff, we were able to relax and truly enjoy the rest of our vacation. Their quick response and commitment to guest satisfaction really made a difference. We appreciate the excellent service and would definitely stay here again.
Perfect for romantic getaway
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oceanfront property. The view from our 7th-floor balcony was amazing. Although the property is a bit older, it is safe, quiet, and peaceful. We will definitely be making another trip.
