My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Willow Bay is was the perfect size. We are happier at a place without tons of people, loud music, and overcrowding. It was Relaxing and great for a family looking to not have to book 2 hotel rooms. We never had to fight for a chair at the pool. Overall it’s just a great place to relax and unwind. I would come back anytime. The front desk and cleaning crew were friendly and did their job well. Our room was clean, spacious, and the A/C worked great.

We enjoyed our stay . We wanted a quiet place that could accommodate a family of 5 . Our group had 2 suites . They were both clean and updated . I saw some reviews complaining about the rooms but we were more than happy with the resort and our rooms Right on the beach and the ocean is practically on your doorstep . Angie at the front desk was very helpful . Will definitely stay again .

Yall please do not stay here! I read the reviews on hotels.com and they were good and the photos look good but it’s very deceiving. Go to other websites for reviews and TRUST THEM. The entire place smelt like natural gas & weed. Our suite smelled like paint when we got there and it looked as if someone came in and painted over dirt and who knows what else. The kitchen was super small (small oven, dishwasher and fridge) and not stocked at all. We had like 3 forks, no baking sheets, hardly anything! The cabinets are dirty and sticky so we had to wash everything. My feet were black after being there barefoot for 20 minutes. The bunk beds were broken. The back door to the patio doesn’t even close all the way. We wanted to go in the hot tub but the bottom was brown and disgusting. The white curtains dirty. I could Go on and on but there’s just too much. I would never recommend this, or stay here again.
Our family had a great stay at Willow Bay! Staff were very friendly and our room was perfect for my husband and I and our two young kids. Our boys loved the bunk beds and easy walk to the beach. Check-in process was smooth and the woman at the front was very personable and welcoming. The location was great and parking was easy. We would definitely stay again!
I will never stay at this establishment again! Arrived almost 4 hours late and my room still wasn’t ready! They had to paint the room we stayed in at 8pm! So the room smelled of paint and mold! Dirty stove bathroom and bed sheets! We actually went out to buy new blankets to sleep on because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the beds! No house keeping at all!! My friend was having breathing issues because she has asthma so it was a struggle for her. The place smells like mildew and mold! Close this place down !!!
