Galapagos Planet Hotel

Cute place with lovely rooms. The ocean view was a plus. Loved watching the little sharks eat the thousands of little jumping, fish.

From the moment we met the wonderful Susanna and the great team there we noticed immediately the impeccable cleanliness and the food was matched by its good quality and presentation. The housekeeping and room service were the quality of a five star hotel. We highly recommend and will visit again

Great for the price, they have a pool and someone is alway at reception if you need anything.

Location is central with a 6 minute walk to the airport which is great! Rooms are basic, shower was cold if water pressure is turned on above medium. Basically you have to take a drip shower if you want hot warer. Might have been the room we were in. The hitel is good if you're looking for a basic place to stay.

First, they didn't gave us the room we booked. I booked a triple room and the gave us a double. When my mom went to ask they first said we would have to wait 2 hours till the room was ready but then aroun 10min later they said they will not give us pur correct room because it was not convenient for them to charge the price that was on the app and if we wanted to change rooms we would had to pay 20 per night. They didn't gave us a solution and we were charged a triple room for a double room.

The staff is very unpolite and unwilling to help, they charged us in order to change our room because it was extremely noisy. If you are staying longer than a night, I recommend to look somewhere else.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Would appreciate some out door seating including in back court yard or balconies. No elevator dining room on 4th floor That said very good helpful staff supply towels and can rent snorkelling equipment for a nominal fee.

A nice clean hotel! Staff was very friendly. They have a fun pool bar. Very conveniently located. The front desk staff does speak English. The hotel gets a large mix of international guest. I would stay here again. Yadav yada yado..sorry must have 200 characters 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Planet in Galapagos as part of a 3 week trip around Peru and Ecuador. The hotel is within walking distance to the central area. Our room was on the first floor (11) which looked out towards the road. Although a little noisy in the mornings it was much more spacious than the internal rooms. The air conditioner was very efficient and much needed in the hot weather. Although fairly basic, it was clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea is available throughout the day in the reception area. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us. There isn’t a lift with the breakfast area located on the third floor. The views up on the top floor are spectacular, overlooking the sea. I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone for their amazing hospitality. We few so privileged to stay in such a beautiful place.
