Excellent stay - 3 minute walk from the pier, lots of restaurants. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Cute bed and nice balcony. Bathroom and fridge were outdated but still clean a useable. Easy walk to the boardwalk. Inexpensive taxi rides to places a little further.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is good in relation to the airport, I walked in about 10 minutes with my rucksack. The town is relatively small so it is easy to walk around but the location could be more central if that is what you are looking for but it's a lovely place so I was happy for the extra walk. I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was simple but enough to set you up for the day. The room was clean and despite other reviews I had no issues with WiFi connection in my room. There is filtered water available in the main reception too,

There is a pool outside which my room backed onto. They played music until about 10pm which wasn't a problem for me but maybe important to know if you have young children.

The breakfast was good. Fontdesk staff were polite. WiFi was excellent.

It's time to refresh the beds, bedding and pillows. Ugh... the smell was horrendous! The rooms reeked of mildew. Windows didn't shut properly so you could hear all the noise outside. Didn't like knowing that I couldn't pay for the room with a credit card (even though I booked with a CC). It's not indicated on Booking.com that this location is cash only. Luckly, the lady at the front desk was able to send a link where I could pay for the 3 rooms through a touring agency but I was charged an additional 3% of the total to pay by credit card. The showers & floors need a deep cleaning. The activity room on the top floor needs a refresh as well. The pool table was a nice to have until you realized all the pool sticks were warped, and broken or no tips.

Poor Wi-Fi. Great having pool bar/restaurant, but it is very expensive for nothing special.

Employees were nice at the hotel.

The room smelt of damp, the room faces the internal corridor of the hotel so you hear a lot of noise.

Breakfast on the rooftop was great with views of San Cristobal. Breakfast food was fresh and service was friendly and efficient.
