"Shady Management - Be Careful When You Book"

Be careful when you book with this place. The pictures are very pretty, but the management has no problem promising one thing and delivering another, The management has adopted very shady business practices - the old bait and switch. Good luck!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The location is unbeatable, amenities were fantastic, and the townhouse was elegant, cozy, and very functional for our stay. The staff was also incredible and went above and beyond for us during our stay. I would highly recommend a stay at the Desolation Hotel if in town.

Loved the hotel! Hotel staff were great and super friendly. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is very hard and it hurts to lay on. Both my boys complained when they knew it was bed time because it was just so uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great experience and would return.
