We really enjoyed our stay here the other night. It’s very cozy and very clean and has everything you need. Incredibly affordable for the high quality you get. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, quiet, and comfortable.

Lovely bed and breakfast on a beautiful, quiet property close to Minnewaska State Park, filled with loads of mountains and hikes! Check and check out was easy, the breakfast spread was great, and the rooms are large and comfy, complete with all the amenities you would dream of for a little upstate escape. The sauna, jacuzzi bathtubs, and fire pit were an added bonus. Highly recommend!

When I booked it was advertised as a bed n breakfast. Very disappointed when we weren’t greeted by the amazing women Expedia’s reviews praised. The facility was clean, the shower and tub were good and there was an outdoor sauna but we never saw the owner, only spoke over the phone, and we’re greeted by the cleaning women. In the morning there was only a continental breakfast and no one around to talk to. Not a bed n breakfast!!! Very disappointed since it was our 55th wedding anniversary and I was soooo looking forward to the gourmet breakfast and the sweet ladies company. I should have been notified of the change in the facility!! Nothing against the owner.. I have my complaint against Expedia!! Won’t be using this site to book any longer!! Warning to all. Be careful with Expedia!!!

There is no where to sit in the Moonlight Sky room but the beds, except a tiny metal vanity chair. There is a single bed in the room in addition to the king size bed. There is no table on balcony that is described. There is no thermostat and it is cold in the room. It is nearly the end of October. I tried calling to see if someone would turn the heat up but the number is disconnected! There are some apples and bagels downstairs and the people in the room next to us said that’s all there was for breakfast this morning-they couldn’t tell how many days old the bagels were, but there was no cream cheese or butter. This should not call itself a bed and breakfast . It’s a real shame that the new owner is ruining what appears from other reviews to have been a nice place. Having a single bed instead of any chair or couch ruined this room for us. It’s ridiculous at this price to have no where to sit, no breakfast to speak of and insufficient heat. Do not recommend this. The woods and the grounds are beautiful, but it’s not like it was a few months ago

The property was beautiful and the accommodations were extremely, clean and comfortable. I was surprised, however, that I didn't see any staff members during my entire stay, and the breakfast consisted of a bag of sliced bread. The check-in process was very confusing and disorganized. I expected better from a B&B.

My wife and I spent a lovely two nights at Moondance. The room was spacious with a two person jacuzzi tub. Kathy was very kind and friendly and served a delicious breakfast. This B&B is in the heart of the Hudson Valley with tons of activities. We chose to wine taste for this visit! We will definitely be back.

The perfect bed-and-breakfast experience! Beautiful house with spacious and comfortable rooms (we stayed in Dreamcatcher), delicious breakfast with excellent coffee (very important!), Kathy, the host, was so warm and welcoming, and had great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. They even included passes to Mohonk preserve, which we really appreciated! Excellent location as well. The perfect place to stay in New Paltz!
