Was told during check-in that the mini bar is very expensive don't touch it... But was never told on multiple night stays no attention would be given to our room unless requested. Bad customer service 😔

Went to eat at 980 prime restaurant service was a little slow. My wife’s dinner was cold. Had to send it back. The risotto did not come back as creamy as she expected.

The only thing that I would say is, I left my Michael Kors watch in the robe in the room and after we left, I called back and I would’ve hoped someone would’ve been honest enough to turn it in, but no, I guess there’s no honest housekeepers it made me very sad

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was there was no small refrigerator or regular coffee maker in the room. If wished have there was a up charge. Also we had to ask for housekeeping to come every day.

Hotel and casino nice BUT the management is unprofessional and incompetent. Check-in was delayed for multiple hours for our party and many other guests. We prepaid for the room and this was confirmed at check-in yet the hotel charged my credit card the full rate of the room 12 hours later.

Beautiful room, sauna and steam room was a nice touch, ordered room service food was presented beautifully and the tomato bisque Was delicious
