"Still and all probably the better choice"

The entry of the hotel is very impressive. The multitude of elevators and the order in which you need to take each one to get to various locations within the hotel was confusing. I was not sure that our bathroom floor had been mopped but I know for sure our room had not been vacuumed. The beds were hard and a bit lumpy and there was no top sheet on either of our beds-just a comforter which we found odd. The shower was very…unique/different/odd and might not appeal to everyone. If one stays during the week, be prepared to not have access to all the amenities due to low traffic. Lastly, the prices at the spa are ridiculous especially for Cripple Creek. They would have a lot more business were their prices in line with where they are actually located.

Liked different machines. Booked 2 rooms thru Expedia. Expedia charged for 2 rooms. Hotel had only one room booked. Charged me for that room. Charged twice for one rom. Need credit from hotel. Room was fair. ne and done visit

The rooms were beautiful!! The Bathroom was gorgeous. Very comfortable king bed with luxurious bedding. Staff were all excellent. We will be back

"Nice hotel but beds are not comfortable"

The hotel is very nice. Very clean. However the bed was not comfortable at all. My husband and I had a horrible night sleep. Sadly, we will not be staying here again.

"Wow! "Short on sheets""

So, we show up and room is not ready. It was already half an hour past check in time. We had to wait another half hour. Get into our room, and head out for dinner and gambling. Get back to our room at 1 am. Pull back the comforter on the bed....and only have a bottom sheet. Try calling desk, no answer. Go downstairs to find out "they were short on sheets." They get us a sheet, and we have to go upstairs and make our bed. Stay somewhere else...
