It was ok overall. The service needs to be improved. First we couldn’t check in at 4, and there were several people who had to wait for their rooms. We finally got to check in at 5:30. We went to the speakeasy and tried to order a snack. The bartender said it could take up to an hour and a half. Luckily prime 908 was delicious. Although we got there before our reservation and tried to order a drink, but the bartender said he would serve us last since he needed to make drinks for the tables. The room was clean and comfortable.

I went on a whim to check out for a future girl's weekend. I spent my time mostly at the pool and sauna and loved it. I was mostly alone and could have easily spent another evening. I really don't gamble but had fun exploring Cripple Creek and Victor. Thank you!

"VIP experience"

I stood in line to check in for about 15 minutes while I waited for the one individual behind the desk to check in the couple ahead of me. As I waited another couple walked behind me and then stood next to me on the left. As I approached my turn to check in the host behind the desk told me to wait as the individual to my left was VIP. Are you serious Clark? Like their money is more important than mine. Moral of this story is if you're not VIP then your POS and SOL.
