Chamonix Casino Hotel

Husband and I have been to Chamonix multiple times for getaways over the last couple years. Gorgeous hotel, clean casino. Rooms and views are lovely-980 Prime is always a treat! The lobby bar has wonderful cocktails and the most amazing bartender who is not only talented but also friendly and attentive with crafted, fancy servings. I am an early riser and enjoy sitting by the lobby fireplace early in the morning with my coffee and croissant from the cafe. They have my favorite Sobel Westex pillows in the room as well. I do wish there were other options for breakfast besides the casino cafe, however the food there is homestyle and filling - no complaints.

We didn't like that there wasn't a microwave or a refrigerator that we could use. We don't want a fridge that is packed with overpriced drinks. Staff was great. Food at the connected restaurant was overpriced.

Room service was expensive for breakfast but all and all great place to stay for a great experience in cripple creek

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a casino. As an Asian patron, I felt disrespected and discriminated against by the floor/Key manager, Tammy Moffatt. Instead of handling the situation fairly, she sided with a white guests and had me wrongfully removed from the casino. To make matters worse, she humiliated the casino hosts in front of my guest, who had traveled from out of state. The entire incident was humiliating, infuriating, and absolutely unacceptable. As shareholders of Full House Resorts, we have a vested interest in this corporation’s success. However, we cannot support a company that tolerates or portrays an image of discrimination. No customer should ever be treated differently because of their race. I will never forget how unwelcome I was made to feel, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same degrading experience. Full House Resorts CEO Dan Lee and Chamonix Casino General Manager Brandon Lenssen—this is not the image of hospitality your company should be promoting. I strongly urge you to address this situation and take immediate corrective action. If not, please send me my Win/Loss statement, because I am done with this casino—I’ll be taking my play back to Vegas, where my business and presence are respected.

Not enough slot machines! Also need a restaurant where you can go for breakfast / lunch!

This hotel was amazing. Rooms gorgeous, beds comfy. But no mini fridge or microwave, you can request for a cost. I loved the heated roof top pool and sauna,especially the fitness center was equipped with state of the art equipment. I loved it! It’s a small mining town turned casino strip, a lot of old history, old buildings. Not much to do if you take children it’s all casinos. I would recommend.
