The property is beautiful, staff was very professional, courteous, helpful. You get to stand in the driveway on Bennett Avenue and see length of the street, history all around the hotel casino. The only negative we have is the water pressure in the room (shower), and mattress needs replacing. Has two body marks in it, slept restless. Overall, the Hotel Casino is a great addition to Cripple Creek.

Our room door was unsafe. We did not realize until my brother staying in another room just walked in on us the next morning. The door did not lock when it was closed. We showed the issue to the bell hop that morning. Also the dead bolt didnot work either. The room had a wet musty order....not strong but still apparent.

Definitely on par with Ameristar or any of the nice hotels in Vegas. Casino staff were personable and helpful, wait staff very attentive. We had a king room, very well-appointed; grateful our bell hop advised us about the "weight-balanced" mini-bar/frig charges. The "980" dining experience was very elegant and delicious; a little surprised by the very tiny 'grilled veggies' and the 'fingerling potatoes'. A little 'over the top' for casual dining at $100-150 per person, but probably par with other 5-star restaurants-- perfect for that "special occasion" fare.

Beautiful place. So clean and great view. Room was perfect. I wish we stayed 2 nights and had time for the pool/hot tub. Next time. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful massage at the spa. The rest of our stay was one disappointment after another. Lumpy matress, no one answers the phone for room service, restaurant reservations, ect. The table games were not open for 4 hours after the time advertised. Poor customer service! Kept being told they are short staffed, but for the prices they charge, NOT MY PROBLEM. Will never stay here again.
