Chamonix Casino Hotel

The bed in our room was terrible. I let the lady know the following day at check out and she did not seemed to interested. The bed was overused and formed a taco shape in the middle of the bed making it difficult to sleep. I was hoping to get an over night fee adjustment due to my terrible bed conditions. During this recent trip we stayed over 16 different nights at different hotels, and this was by far the most uncomfortable bed we endured. Stay would have been 5 stars if we were allowed to check out 1 hour late on a Sunday! Front desk attendant took it upon themselves to say “no”, for absolutely no reason! That is why not coming back for a while! 1 hour is all we needed on a Sunday. Tainted what was otherwise a great stay! Also would be great if they had a jacuzzi!

Their pet fee is $200.00! Hotels.com doesn't list this, so that's on me for not checking prior to our stay. The carpet in our room had stains on it from previous pets so I guess the pet fee doesn't go towards cleaning the carpet. The bathroom is nice and big but the tub/shower is hard to get in and out of. Definitely not made for someone with hip or knee problems. Overall our stay was good. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Shelly.

Check-in was fast, room was pretty with fully stock mini bar and snacks. The pool is beautiful and perfect water temperature.

Loved the hotel and the swimming pool. This was my second time and will definitely be back!

Great property and room. The only issue I had was the mattress needed to be flipped as it had a huge dip.

Had requested housekeeping for two days, this did not occur. However, when I called down towels, drinking glasses, trash, and laundry pick up were provided. All arranged by Mikey at the front desk. He is an excellent example of Customer Service.
