The room was amazing. Beautiful with great amenities and super comfortable bed. My only complaint is they operate with a limited staff so service is very slow, especially getting any kind of assistance at the front desk. Existing staff were very professional and friendly. It's a town with a limited emoyment pool to draw from so they bus in staff from Colorado Springs. We wull definitely return!

Great place but worst experience. They took out $400 out of my checking plus the charges. I still have $400 post on my account causing me to bounce bills. Apparently, u pay for room. They take out $100 a day for incidentals. I could only eat at hotel and could not gamble. I will not return and others aware.

Staff was super nice! The room was ok I suppose. Although you can't put anything in the fridge because you get charged for even opening it. You also can't bump the weighted snack stand or you get charged. Room wasn't super clean either. Too overpriced for what it is but like I said staff is super nice!
