Was overbooked. Found out with 8 other bookings at check in. Got no refund. AND actually was charged again for not staying there. Had to go through credit card to get refund. Cancelled credit card so, they could not try to charge me again. For cheap room stay at bakery hostel across the street.
They double billed me and will not respond to any attempts to contact. I see no reason to revise this review. It is honest and true.
Hard to control heat, heater in bathroom didn’t work They were closing down for the season not expecting reservations from Expedia. Cabins we reserved were already closed. Put us in motel rooms that were shabby and worn out. Very disappointed. Will not have confidence using Expedia in the future.

TV was good, liked Roku, staff at front desk friendly and helpful. The room was clean and facilities well maintained.
The cabins were what we needed for the night. Even though the room was dated, it was clean and comfortable. Check in was friendly and we were told what was available in town for eating options. Thanks for a pleasant stay
We did not stay in one of the cabins but the main hotel. Nothing fancy but very adequate.
Place is old and my blanket look like they did not washed. I found dirty spot on the blanket but lucky we were having our own blanket and pillows in the car. They have outdoor griller for you to use but not clean. If you plan to stay just a night or 2 it's ok for value of what you paid for. After your booking dot even bother to called beacuse no one will answer the phone.
Our place looked nothing like the pictures. Very cramped inside. Some of the outlets didn’t work. None of us took showers because it felt like the bathroom floor was ready to break through. And now checking my credit card, Ive been charged 3 times. The first time I tried multiple times to call with no answer.
We didn't stay as we booked the wrong date upon receiving the confirmation and immediately requested a change of date but never heard back. We were not only charged for the one night but we have since been charged for an additional 3 nights and when we arrived on the date they turned us away with no room for us. Expedia has declined to deal with the overcharges. The is a last Expedia we will do.
