3 Bed Caravan - Sleeps 8 - Pet friendly Parking

I do not recommend this accommodation. The price may be low, but what we found when we arrived was unacceptable. As soon as we opened the door, there was a terrible smell throughout the caravan. It was also very dirty. There were no duvet covers, pillowcases or bed sheets provided. Although the description eventually mentions this, it is hidden away and requires a lot of clicking to find. The photos clearly show bedding, which is misleading. If you have ADHD or OCD, I can honestly say that the owner does not appear to consider the needs of people with these or any other disabilities. While searching under the bed for bedding, I found a filthy pillowcase, which triggered a panic attack. I paid an extra £25 for an early check-in so that my disabled children could rest after a long journey and avoid travelling during the extreme heat. Unfortunately, we couldn't rest because of the awful smell, and we had to wait over two hours before the cleaner arrived to remove the dirt. The caravan was damaged in many places. The shower was broken, and the windows were also broken and could not be opened, making it extremely difficult to cope with the heat during our stay. Another major problem was the sleeping arrangements. The listing says it sleeps 8 people, but there are only 6 beds, and 4 of them are only suitable for small children. An adult simply cannot fit. There is also no sofa bed in the living room. My sons had to sleep at our friends' accommodation instead. I also had to spend extra money buying duvet covers and pillowcases. There was no washing-up liquid, no broom, no cleaning cloths—nothing to keep the caravan clean. I was offered for the cleaner to return, but by then I had already spent enough of my holiday waiting for strangers to come in and out. Thankfully, we had planned to spend most of our holiday away from the caravan and only returned to sleep.

Very clean on arrival. Great location. Great communication regarding entry to the park and obtaining the key. Everything you need for cooking and dining, etc. Comfortable beds. A lovely caravan, we will book again.

I like to fully clean a caravan when leaving, the vacuum provided wasn't as powerful as I like, but I managed and was happy there was one so I could clean.

Location was good

Property was ok shame it never had as much as a loo roll on arrival, radiators are rusty apart from that great stay

Didn’t have toilet paper an tea towel to dry the dish an the hover didn’t suck up good

Spacious, clean, had everything we needed. We had the option to check in sooner which is a bonus especially if you're travelling with a child. Booking and collecting the keys was super easy! The caravan is great value for money! I have stayed in others at the same price that don't have central heating. Given that we went mid November it made it the stay alot more cosy! The caravan is near a park which again with a child is really handy to have. The club, swimming chippy is all near by too. We had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend and already planning to return in 2026.

Hosts were easy to contact and explained everything. Caravan was lovely . Site was lovely couldn't fault anything. Would go again 100 percent
