GBGBTo say its a caravan that takes pets it was remarkably clean, had everything u could need. Lovely caravan.
Only minor set back was the matress on the pull out bed. It's very thin and a bit mouldy smell. Also dining table and chairs may need looking at to tighten some screws. But not complaints just suggestions, a really good stay overall
GBGBLocation was amazing so close to tir prince market, park, Knightly’s etc Was very clean beds made up for us Check in was from 4pm but got a message we could check in from 11.30am which suited us as we were already in Towyn

GBThe caravan had problems with the heating and gas when we first arrived but this was sorted straight away after contacting the owner.Instuctions sent to book in were clear and helpful and booking .com also kept me informed.It was easy to get in contact with the owner.The caravan was clean but the settee was well worn but I understood this because it was suitable for pets.The caravan was perfect for the children because it was directly by the park and football area.The bathroom in the caravan was very spacious and beds comfortable with quality bedding.The extra toilet was a bonus.The children were pleased that the caravan had reliable WiFi.I was pleased I could park the car by the side of the caravan.
The bonus of being so close to the children's park had a negative because it was very noisy up until past 12.00 in the night with youngsters shouting and screaming.The caravan lacked equipment in the kitchen area.No mirowave only an airfrier.Small fridge not much room for frozen foods.Very difficult to make a meal with only two well worn saucepans, no baking trays or serving dishes. Enough lovely glasses but not enough dishes plates bowls etc for a family.The kitchen cupboards were very bare.Caravan ok if you want to eat out all the time.Lighting in bedrooms could be improved by having bedside lamps and more electric sockets.
