GBCaravan was clean and tidy with plenty of glasses/ dishes / cookware, it was in a great area, nice quiet camp
Unfortunately a small group of local youths had managed to get on the camp and made a nuisance of themselves very late in the evening while my 2 teenage daughters were alone in the caravan- security couldn't be contacted and it took people from a neighbouring caravan to come out to chase them off eventually- nothing the caravan owner could have done and no reflection on them at all but site may need to look at their security

Caravan needs a refurbishment table not suitable to eat at wobbly leg no microwave .shower no pressure couldn't have a shower smell coming from main bath room smells like rotten eggs .
GBGBEasy check in. Lots to do around the site. Market and fun fair directly across the road. Arcades, cafes and bars within walking distance. Good routes to other local areas ie Llandudno, Colwyn bay, Conway etc
Caravan 744 was very tired and unkept. Terrible smell as we entered. Furniture worn, carpet stained and smelly (bought shake and vac to get rid of smell), cheap pillows that were torn (went out and bought 4 new ones), inadequate bedding left for us to put on double bed (single fitted sheet not double, ended up sleeping on mattress protector), dirty crocks and cutlery (had to wash everything before use) two dog bowls left under sink with stale food left in them, leaking toilet and sink in extra bathroom,broken blinds on windows and generally not kept well maintained. Very disappointed

PKGBThankyou for a lovely short stay, caravan was lovely and clean we did arrive early but was even allowed to leave car parked by caravan, excellent service beds lovely comfortable and clean, nice big caravan with free WiFi too Clean caravan site, family friendly lovely place to stay thnakyou again i hope to book again in the future
