GBThe caravan was lovely, big enough for a large family. It was clean and tidy. Location was fine.
The cleaners didn't arrive until after we booked in so we couldn't unpack for an hour and had to sit outside until they had finished. They didn't look happy as we had already out our stuff inside, but we assumed it was already cleaned as it was 16.10. They didn't make the beds, and I'm not sure what the policy was about making up the beds, but it would have been nice if they made the beds. Maybe they were rushing. The hosts were quick at getting back to me with updates.
