Buoy Haus Beach Resort St Thomas Autograph Collection

We had a wonderful experience poolside at the Buoy House. Wendy the pool supervisor is fantastic! He set up the day bed for us, which normally has to be reserved, in the shade when no other shady spots were available (I burn easily, even with sunscreen). When I mentioned we were in St Thomas celebrating our anniversary, he brought us drinks on the house AND a fruit platter. He really made a special time even more so. Thanks for a wonderful day Wendy!

We came to Buoy Haus for my wife's birthday. It's a beautiful property with access to the Weston hotel up the hill. We spent most of our time at the pool. Wendy, the pool supervisor was amazing. Him and his whole staff were phenomenal. Wendy took care of us for 3 days straight, setting up our private bungalow every day... Thanks Wendy for going above and beyond for my wife!!!!

We stayed here Dec 2-9 in an oceanfront 2nd floor room. . Front desk employees made u feel welcomed on arrival and very professional. 20 minute ride from airport. Check in smooth. We arrived on a Tuesday at 4-5pm Rooms are perfect. Clean and updated. Rooms facing ocean balconies are in sun all day. Nice lounger and table +chairs. Ate at isla blue. Very nice setting. Menu is a bit weird but went with it. Entrees to much going on. Dropped $175 with 1 drink 1 app and 2 dinner plates. Pool is very nice with loungers in water. Chairs fill up fast. Bar right there with tvs. Attendants will set u up. Plenty of beach chairs no need to rush down. Water was not calm for floating all week and not super clear like some Caribbean locations. But still very enjoyable and warm. Plenty of towels at hut with fruit filled water for u. Resort is immaculate all over. All workers are pleasant and take care of any requests promptly. No ice machine. u need to request bags. Don’t like this. 4 water bottles provided daily. Extra bath towels and chocolates delivered every night. Plenty of grocery stores close by for anything u need. Look up Moe’s. Shopping center 5 minutes away in port area. My only negatives are $25 parking fee per day. Like what? We r paying to be a guest at resort and u want to nickel and dime us for that cmon. Also not listed on website at all only aware when u check in. Website says $35 valet per day only. Nothing about self parking. And this on top of a $85 per day resort fee that covers Normal resort stuff. While here it went up $95 a day. Just say it lts Covid recovery fee. Leaves bad taste on a great resort. Resort gives out day pass to cruise ship people who can be loud and obnoxious. Gym is small but nice and clean. All in all this is a great clean resort I would definitely return for another weeks visit. Staff are wonderful. Rent a car taxis are very expensive

Food was excellent, view was perfect and Shawny was an exceptional server. We had the strip steak wrap and the tuna poke bowl. Both 10/10 - Definitely recommend!

Fantastic place to grab lunch, great view and wonderful service. The Korean chicken bites, fried rice and pork belly are all delicious. The server Shany was great!

Tenecqwa at the front desk, was the best with information when we asked questions or want anything. Anai,Cynthia & Nika in the pool area met all of our needs and the entertainment and crafts how two's were the high light of the afternoon .Belto and Wendy everyday made sure we were taken care of at all times, we didn't even have to ask for anything they are the best. And every morning Adesha was the best with our breakfast every day. Jakalah and Tyeisha were our besties this crew made our visit a dream vacation .we didn't leave the resort because they are wonderful and we didn't want to leave at any day just stay at the resort and relax. We really want you to know that if you didn't have this group here ,I really don't think it would of been that good of a trip please make sure you let them know how much we appreciated them.

We had a terrible time getting to the island. Took over 24 hours due to flight delays. Sugarfin was our first stop for food and it was amazing. Ty our server was so attentive and helped us completely relax and forget the nightmare flight. We highly recommend

We are at the Salt Shack and it was really delicious. Had the pork nap buns and the steak wrap with Yuca frites. Drinks were amazing and all the food, including the Korean Chicken bites. Sooo good. Highly recommend. And our server Ty’elle was truly wonderful. Kind and friendly, she helped us pick some of our choices. Ty’elle was very sweet!! Thanks so much.

I had a fantastic stay at Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly captures the relaxed luxury of St. Thomas. The beachfront setting and overall atmosphere made it an ideal place to unwind. A special thank you to Jenya and Cordy, who truly made the experience exceptional. Both were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire resort felt thoughtfully cared for. I would absolutely recommend Morningstar Buoy Haus to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing island getaway, and I look forward to returning.
