The Buoy Haus never disappoints. Beautiful location and excellent service. My favorite restaurant is Sugar Fin, which is right on the water. Their salmon is delicious for lunch, and their breakfast buffet with fresh a la carte selections can't be beat. Shany was an excellent server who was attentive, pleasant, and offered great recommendations. This is my go-to place in St. Thomas!

Amazing stay Service, cleanliness, food, and experience were exceptional. Sugarfin was just the best! The staff truly go out of their way to accommodate and anticipate needs. The pools are low-key and beautiful. This is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

My fiancé and I had an amazing lunch here at Sugarfin. Our waitress Shany was so kind and welcoming. We recently gotten engaged a couple days ago and she made sure we had a great seat and took some amazing photos. She made our lunch and couldn’t recommend more!

Not 1 thing I can say negative, the room we stayed in was a 10,cleanliness 10,service and staff 10,beaches 10,accommodation 10,views 10,infinity pool 10, pool staff 10...Especially Princess and Mr Davis/Belta********** Thank you Mr&Mrs Duganii/Dugan. See you soon ,we will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and peace.

Beautiful views, friendly staff. Very expensive on a government salary but worth it to celebrate with my bride who met me when my ship pulled in. Wendy + Belto kept the vibes up at the pool!

Wonderful location at the end of Bakkeroe Estates Rd. The staff is pleasant but a little too distracted to be called 5 star. Room was clean and comfortable with housekeeping 2x daily which is great. Pool is superb as are restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a pricey $40. Take the shuttle to the Westin and save yourself $8. Sometimes the waitress or bartender will add the 20% in, sometimes they don’t. Pay attention or you may double tip. Service at the lower pool bar is lacking (again, staff distracted. Customer service clearly not job one). If you want a drink, order from the upper level for a far shorter wait. Beach staff very good. Major props to Denny in room service who was the most on the ball staff member we encountered. Honestly this place could be Anse Chastenet level great if only they stepped it up just a tinch.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon for a few days. The stay was remarkably comfortable from the gentlemen who greeted us at the taxi to the groundskeepers and beautiful women at the front desk. Thanks to everyone who made our honeymoon absolutely wonderful!!

This was our first trip to St. Thomas and we have been to much of the Caribbean. The Buoy Haus, as advertised, is perfect for those who want to dip their tows in the ocean from dawn until dusk. A beachside room is truly beachside with lounge chairs and mangrove trees for perfect shading. We enjoyed the beautiful waters for hours every day. The staff, especially, Chara who works at the Sugarfin, Isla Blue, and Sand Bar are great. If I met this young lady on day one, I would have had all of the knowledge I needed for traveling between ST, STJ, and the surrounding islands. She is absolutely lovely and an excellent server. Honestly, ask for her! The only thing that would have improved this vacation is an ample coffee station and ice machines in the Buoy Haus lobby.
