Buoy Haus Beach Resort St Thomas Autograph Collection

Stayed here as a family of four with two teens. Wonderful grounds, including tiki torches at night. Multiple restaurant options, including the Westin, which is just adjacent. Great and friendly pool staff. The hotel staff are extremely warm and friendly. Breakfast could include more options and that would be my only addition for the property. The hotel only offers a small buffet but we walked up to the Westin and they had a huge breakfast buffet including an omelette bar.

Kids are older and had limited vacation. We decided to take advantage of the time and booked The Autograph. Lovely bars and restaurants. Staff has been equally as kind. I love the small intimate boutique experience with the option to access The Westin next door. One regret. Not getting the ocean view.

Tyelle made our day, her service was exceptional and the food was great!! Nice spot to stop for a bite and a few drinks right on the beach!!

We were on vacation at the resort Nextdoor when a family member suffered a serious injury. They moved us to the Buoy House as due to the holiday they were full. It was divine intervention as we absolutely loved it. Peaceful, relaxed and very accommodating to us amidst holiday travelers and the basketball tournament buzz. They knew we were going to g to the hospital and back and did everything possible to keep our stress down and keep us at peace. They extended our stay as we needed while praying at our family members bedside. When we returned and told them he had passed they were very loving and sympathetic. This is true hospitality. We will be back.

The experience was phenomenal shout out to Kenisha at the Buoy Haus she was awesome also Avenell with the games super great service Alvin for greeting us and making us feel welcome when we went to the edge bar service was below standards thanks to Renee for making the service great again Grant was super mean and grumpy our server Flo had an bias attitude on the floor please stay away from the server she's bias and speaks very dismissive rushing you to order clearly she's only there for the money she doesn't know what it takes to handle guest needs that's why we stayed at the swim up bar with Renee and never return to our seat Flo service is very poor and below what we got at Buoy Haus and by Renee. RENEE IS WHAT MADE OUR DAY SPECIAL!!!!!

Princess was rocking the pool bar yesterday. She is a lot of fun. If you get a chance to say hi to Jules from the Housekeeping team-he was really helpful answering some questions for me.

My husband and I stayed at Buoy House for two nights to extend our anniversary trip after staying on St. John for the week. When we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful view and friendly smile from Anesha in the open air lobby that is right on the ocean. We received a special surprise of fresh fruit and champagne delivered to our room from Anesha!! We enjoyed the pool both days being pampered by the super attentive Wendy who is the pool supervisor and Kalah who went our of her way to get us unsweetened iced tea for us! We also enjoyed dinner both nights at Isla Blue and were lucky enought to have Rhael as our server twice! The service, food and ambience is top notch!! We didn't want to leave and will most definitely be back!!

Buoy Haus is well thought out, quaint, located on a beautiful strip of beach. The staff are super nice and accommodating

Alinah is excellent!! Great service at the Salt Shack. She helped my husband pick out a great meal. My husband can’t make a decision on anything 😂

Above and Beyond! Te’Necqwa exceeded our expectations on a daily basis! The resort itself is beautiful and on the more private side. The restaurants and staff were out of this world! However, our hostess Te’Necqwa went out of her way to help us celebrate our 10 year Anniversary! She personally had a cake made and delivered reminiscent of our wedding cake along with a bottle of wine and a sweet note! She made sure we were taken care of daily with reservations and information so we could explore the island and shop! We will definitely be back to this property soon!!! Thank You all again and again!
