Food was great. Shany was great. The beach was perfect. If you have an opportunity to check out St Thomas, definitely look out for Buoy Haus.

Anai, Belto and Wendy are true professionals delivering Platinum-level service and hospitality. They are an attentive and thoughtful team who went above and beyond to make our special wedding anniversary one to remember.

Had lunch at the Salt Shack, restaurant at Buoy Haus, with Shandy and she was great. Treated us so well, laughed with us and made us feel at home

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We took a girls trip here and it was perfect. There is so much to do at the resort you rarely have to leave. With full access to the Westin, going on the boat excursions is made super easy, you can just walk there. Anai and Cynthia hosted many complimentary events throughout the week like rum/chocolate tasting, salt making, snow cones, & more. These were super fun and these lovely ladies definitely made the guest experience extra special with their incredible service. We would recommend everyone to stay here no matter the purpose of your trip. We will definitely be coming back!

Buoy Haus is a luxurious resort with a large, infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a large sandy beach. Two great restaurants, the informal Salt Shack where Shaney (pronounced Shiney) & Reynita provided our food with beautiful smiles, their stories and love of St Thomas, and kindness. Speaking of the food, don’t miss the French toast, best Alisa & I have ever eaten. and the formal Isla Blue was a romantic sitting by the ocean with gorgeous decor and ambience where Billy our server shared his smiles, laughter and the exquisite food being offered. The Red Snapper was delicious and the Chicken Relleno stuffed with Manchego cheese was as well! We finished our meal with the Lime in da Coconut cake, it is addictive. We have been in just for a late night dessert it is so amazing! Buoy Haus is next door to the Westin and guests have access to all the amenities there.

What an amazing trip! The views were out of this world and the staff made every experience so memorable. Freeman greeted us with love upon our arrival, Michael made us the best drinks I’ve ever had, Crystal lit up our night with our dining experience. The list goes on and on, but my favorite experience was at the infinity pool with Wendy and Belto. I will definitely be returning thank you all!

The service was flawless, staff were attentive and friendly. The property itself is stunning, blending elegance with comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Was lucky to meet such great staff such as Crystal from the restaurant and Freeman who greeted us at the entrance. The funniest and all around best bartender I’ve ever met was Micheal and they had great pizza in the lobby bar. My experience at their infinity pool was perfect thanks to Wendy and Belto who made our experience unforgettable. So grateful to have experienced this gem of a property and will definitely be back!

The resort was amazing. My wife and I loved the view and the ease of getting around the resort. Ms. Tenecqwa Mills is one of the main reasons we will be returning to the resort. She was always smiling when interacting with me and my 5 billion questions and fortunately she was able to answer all 5 billion of them and with extra information that was always useful. She recommended some awesome places to eat and to explore both on St Thomas and St John. If you want to visit the virgin islands i highly recommend this resort. Food top notch, hospitality top notch and customer service top notch. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend

I had a very enjoyable meal at the Salt Shack restaurant in the Buoy Haus. The food was great and the view incredible, but what made it memorable was our Server -- Shany. She went out of her way to take care of us - greeting, seating, telling us about the food, serving, and quickly taking care of our extra requests. Thank you, Shany, for making this one of the highlights of our stay in St. Thomas!

Wow—amazing setting, food, and drinks on the beach at Buoy Haus! Our host and server Shany was so accommodating and personable at The Salt Shack, making it easily our favorite meal on the Island! Great quality food and amazing PassionFruit Margarita completed this dining experience.
