Now Waiting for deposit back. It's now been over a week still No £100 deposit left massages on answer phone still no reply back or money transfer back to my bank account will be contacting Booking. Com also got the key code late to get in chalet which should have been sent at 4pm on the day you arrive not ar 5.30pm.

Nothing as owners totally ruined the experience

Alll reviews are correct these people are an absolute nightmare to get your deposit back. They want money for linen money for electric all stated after booking.We arrived and lady was quite rude on phone she said I did text you regarding linen I said yeah and it says reply in 24 hrs if you want it I didn't so didn't reply don't think she was happy couldn't get extra money out of me. I've still not had my money back and now they aren't even answering my messages have complained to booking.com see if they will resolve it. They shouldn't be allowed to rent They literally wouldn't give the key unless sent the deposit wasn't too ill to log on and check it was there yet can't send it back 2 weeks later ... Booking.com say they have 48 hrs to reply so they reply saying I'll sort today and here we are again nothing so looks like I'll have to wait 15 days for booking.com to refund which then makes it a month.... They must use these deposits as a payday loan with no interest will not book again Ain't like it's a tenner it's £100

I didn’t like we paid £100 deposit and 5 weeks on not received it back after contacting the host then they blocked me then contacting booking.com to resolve this and it hasn’t been resolved

The property was clean and well kept we stayed here for 1 night at short notice and the owners were really nice and sorted everything for us quickly.

The stay was perfect until afterwards, they requested a £100 deposit which we happily obliged before the stay and electricity was taken from the deposit again no issues, after the leave they stated it would be returned within 7 working days, it’s currently been 13 working days, I have messaged twice and received no communication at all regarding the deposit return.

Took far to long to get my deposit back over 5 weeks , had to ask several times.

Very clean and tidy chalet, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be returning in the future.
