It was clean.

The property owner has not returned our £100 deposit and I have asked several times, they say they are sending it but then don't. It has now been 3 months since our stay. The chalet was tiny, the beds were uncomfortable, the site was run down and we were unable to get a taxi at the location.

the property is ok and everything you need.

They have stolen the £100 deposit. after many texts, messages, emails & calls they will not answer and 2 months later still no deposit. I have now got in contact with Booking.com to get this resolved. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS

Spotlessly clean everything you could need. Good shower and a fridge freezer Quiet location and well kept site. Pub on site. Only a short walk to busstop and a little train into mablethorpe

Only downside was there was only one very old chair and table to sit outside on the veranda. Whi ch was a shame with the lovely weather

Good location as we stayed there cause it's close to home and we were there because of having work done where we live. Was clean and had everything you needed.

Maybe not important if your on holiday but the sky TV system wasn't working well.
