"Awful experience/Customer Service"

Despite contacting Dornoch direct and Lawn Marine regarding my complaint i write this 10 days later. 1. First and most important point, despite me being unable to attend due to poor health, the staff at Dornoch Station thought it would be correct procedure to take payment of £205 and £177.06 from my card even though my friends had already paid the balance . I did not authorise this . 2. No dinner received as per agreement when booking. 3. No breakfasts received as per agreement . 4. No £100 bar credit received as per agreement when booking. 5 .No answer to this complaint after speaking to Andre? Was ensured full receipts would emailed to me. Never in my life and despite staying at numerous Lawn Marine hotels have a received such poor service. I now await again to see if they bother to resolve and compensate me accordingly. Really really disapointed as this trip was going to be an annual ocassion but after this experience I will have no choice to look elsewhere.

Steeped in History well positioned in the beautiful village of Dornoch. Great restaurant offering with very comfortable lounge bar for a pint of Guinness after the round.
