Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Omaha - 120th and Maple by IHG

King room on the top floor was very clean and quiet. The room stayed very dark with blackout blinds. Plenty of hot water and the typical Dove toiletries. The workout room was small but adequate. The breakfast was pretty good with the typical Holiday Inn Express items. This hotel is far enough away from the highway that there is no truck noise keeping you awake. Note that due to new construction of a big building next door, the hotel cannot be seen when approaching from the north. Also the pool is closed for refurbishment so call ahead to check if a pool is important to you. We would stay again.

I wouldn’t even know where to start. I used to travel extensively and this is the worst by far. The only positive thing I have to say is that they have an indoor pool. Although we didn’t use it so who knows? STAY AWAY!

Very spacious & comfortable room. Love the lounging chair. Mattress pillows were super comfy. Excellent breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of counter space for my travel kit. Some road noise but not bad. Nice area to walk in the morning.

The beds were clean and the maintenance man was very helpful! When we got to our room the door was propped open with the refrigerator, I asked the desk clerk John if something was wrong he said no just move it back, the maintenance guy helped us

My husband booked 2 rooms on line, 1 for us and 1 for my sister & husband. When we arrived at the hotel my husband told John the desk clerk” We want to pay for our rooms separately” John then said “I don’t give a Fuck how you pay for them” so unprofessional, John then proceeded to give us rooms on 2 separate floors. When we went to room 103 the door was propped open with the refrigerator, I proceeded back to the front desk and asked if something was wrong with the room, John said NO they moved the refrigerator to clean under it but did not offer to move it back where it belonged. I then asked the maintenance guy if the room was being worked on, he walked to the room with me where we then found stuff in the bottom of the tub and shower ledge. He stated the housekeeping was supposed to clean that after the room had been worked on. I was extremely frustrated and tired so I just cleaned it up myself rather than deal with the desk clerk again! I myself having been a housekeeper for years was shocked with the behavior of the clerk, thank goodness for the kindness of you maintenance staff to assist us.
