"We had a very cozy , lovely stay"

The host was super friendly , he picked us up from the station and was extremely welcoming. We had big luggage , so he offered us another room to leave them instead of carrying them up the stairs. The room was clean and we had an overall lovely stay Would definitely recommend it , if you want to spend a cozy night

"Best hosts we have experienced in our travel."

Great experience of ryokan stay. Better than a hotel experience. Tsubasa and Juan are the most accomodating hosts. They helped us plan our visit and suggested delicious local food. Very large bath room with shower with high quality shampoo etc. We loved the traditional style living and couldn’t recommend more.

"Welcoming stay in Fuji"

We could only stay for a day but was enough for us to feel so welcomed by the owners. They helped us with our luggage, offered snacks and tea, recommended some good places to have dinner... not to talk about the room and the bathrooms! the room was very comfy, super clean and had really cute futon covers<3. We had a Wonderfull stay. I really recommend!

"Fantastic stay at a traditional Japanese house"

The house gives an authentic glimpse of a traditional Japanese home, the hosts are super accomodating, hospitable and kind, and the rooms are cozy with plenty of room for your luggage and even for a bit of a stretch within the privacy of your own space. The common area is comfortable, and the whole facility is squeaky clean. Can’t wait to come back!

"Couple travelling the world"

Nothing but praise for the accommodation and service - as seasoned worldwide travellers we stay in many home stays - hotels - this is an authentic Japanese home stay experience and the service - welcome & communication from the hosts is impeccable. The guys collected us from the train station - helped us with local knowledge - the room was clean warm and very Japanese - shared facilities were clean and well equipped.

A wonderful place—authentic and peaceful. Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommended. You can rent a bike and enjoy a beautiful ride around the lake. Tsubasa is a great host—he kindly picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off when it was time to leave. Arigato!!
