ベッドではなく布団で、不便を感じた。夕食が、冷えてしまっており、お茶やお水のサービスもなかった。ボディシャンプーがなかった。部屋にコップもなく、お願いしたらプラスチックの使い捨てカップを渡された。など、サービス面では不満が残った。
